A couple of years ago apparently, they had different management. Recently my past few experiences have gradually gotten worse. Today was the last straw, I just requested my account to be closed. I had just gotten home and decided to order wings on Wednesday, I grabbed a shower and let the dog in, and pizza hut was at my door. I went to the door not dressed (out of shower) and said please leave it on the table Iām not dressed, and the dog was going crazy.
The driver said no you must open the door and sign your debit card receipt. I said I can't, the driver said sorry Policy and left. Please note, I have been using the same pizza hut and the same debit card for years.NO MORE Iām picking up dinner at the Mexican restaurant next door to your store. I will never use pizza hut again,
Things wouldn't have been so bad if the person calling themselves the store manager wouldn't have been rude and handled the issue. Poor excuse for management. I will be doing reviews all over the internet for months of this experience, writing letters to District, Regional, Divisional and Corporate offices until someone listens.I left a message with someone they said was a District manager named Melinda,maybe she can help make a change. Anyone else have challenging experiences with this pizza hut please speak up I would love to chat with you.

The staff are friendly and inviting, albeit bogged down most nights. Speaking of, they are able to handle some of the most stressful working hours I've ever seen. New year's Eve pizza orders are staggering, and seeing them handle all of them in a reasonable time, with no concessions made, is impressive to say the least. The only downside comes from the food itself - sauce distribution on their pizza (thin crust especially) is off by a large margin. Getting to the crust is like taking a bite out of a pure sauce pool, piled higher than the crust itself. This is one of my biggest gripes, and one of the reasons it loosed a star. Aside from some issues with the construction of the food, the service is fantastic, and the reward system is one of the best I've seen...

The price was too high for a kids sized pizza ($8 for a pizza the size of my hand and Iām a small woman.) I went back in to ask if u could exchange it for something else and pay any difference but Krystal in turn tells me they donāt do refunds because itās already been cashed out. As a person who works in the food industry thatās a lie also if it was true she shouldāve disclosed that it was non refundable before closing the sale, but I didnāt argue with her and I just called Pizza Hut customer service and they told me that they do give refunds. Crazy because I was asking for an exchange. Anyway just leaving this so maybe Krystal can get some better training and better customer service because I also felt rushed...
