I've ordered twice in advance from this location online. The first time my order wasnt complete when I got there but to be fair I ordered 6 Sandwich and there was only 2 people working. This last time I ordered 2 sandwiches an HOUR in advance and my food hadn't even been started on when I arrived. The guy behind the counter claimed he didn't even know there was an online order. So I waited another 20 minutes for my teriyaki chicken and cold cut trio footlongs to be prepared. One of those sandwiches I had ordered to take the hospital and share with my husband who has been admitted there over a month. Go to take a bit of our teriyaki chicken and the chicken was ice cold. Never have I ever recieved a cold teriyaki chicken sub and I have ordered it a couple times before. The other Sandwich I took for lunch the next day for work. Go to bite into it only to find that my Sandwich is missing the additional ingredients I had added when I placed the order. Neither sub had been toasted either which I had requested. Won't return after this..I will just try...
Read moreI'm giving it a one because I like subway and when I go to others I'm never unsatisfied, but this time I was. As soon as I walked in I was already not happy. The lady with the spicy shirt was sweeping the floors and was giving the boy who was ordering attitude and would cut him off while he was explaining what he wanted. As I stated before she was sweeping with gloved hands and without replacing them she just started making his sandwich with those same gloves she was using before. So she finished his order and rung him up that's when she finally took them off and replaced them. When it was mine and my mother's turn she was still rude, interrupted us while we spoke, sloppily made our sandwiches all the same attitude only with clean gloves. Read moreUpdate: Same lady still rude when I tried to go back a different time. Learn customer service and stop rushing people. Feels like you are in prison going down the food line the way the older black lady rushes you through your order. Before you can get the next word out she is rushing you. I understand you want to be quick but rushing customers is bad customer service. I come here a lot and she is always like that. Management needs to talk to her. The treatment from her is very rude.
