While in Fourchette I was offered a sample of Buffalo Burrata with a Fig Balsamic on a piece of sourdough. I couldn’t swallow it and spit it up when I went outside. The burrata tasted sour and like it was expired, the fig balsamic was not a good pairing with the cheese and it made the sample taste even worse. I love fig balsamic and have had a good buffalo burrata and It just all tastes wrong. I felt sick after this for some time and It was just not a good experience.
