While in Fourchette I was offered a sample of Buffalo Burrata with a Fig Balsamic on a piece of sourdough. I couldn’t swallow it and spit it up when I went outside. The burrata tasted sour and like it was expired, the fig balsamic was not a good pairing with the cheese and it made the sample taste even worse. I love fig balsamic and have had a good buffalo burrata and It just all tastes wrong. I felt sick after this for some time and It was just not a good experience. It felt like they were pushing cheese before it expired. The staff members were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, providing excellent recommendations and guiding me through their extensive selection. The variety of cheeses available was mind-blowing, ranging from creamy Bries to tangy blues and everything in between. Each cheese was of exceptional quality, showcasing the craftsmanship and expertise that went into its production. They have a wide variety of cheeses of all kinds, you can taste before you purchase, and they put a sticker label on the cheese wrapper with the name of the cheese!
