We had an incredible experience at the water park. Our son is on the spectrum and didn't understand the life guards whistles. I first brought this to the attention of a wonderful lady working the locker area, who's name I unfortunately can not remember and then to the head life guard Dan. Dan proceeded to go out of his way to inform his crew of my sons situation. He provided a VIP wrist band to my son and went around showing all of the life guards what to look for. Our time spent at Thundering was made great due to them. Thank you, Dan!!!! Things like this and people like yourself do not go unnoticed and it ment so much to my family🙂 Now to review the park. The slides and lazy river are awesome. The staff was friendly and all smiles. Weather a 2 or 3 hour block there is so much to do. The lines move fast and safely. You will not leave the park unsatisfied. We even came back the next day to play mini golf, which was a very fun 36 holes. Thanks again! We will return every time...

Purchased lunch for all of us. Also purchased playa bowls, push pops from the snack stand and also milk for the babies there was no one else renting a cabana. It rained at approximately 2 o’clock. While I was watching my children playing on the splash pad in the rain. A man with a white T-shirt on nothing that said he worked for the waterpark basically came up and scolded my wife and I said we had brought food into the cabana and it wasn’t aloud was extremely rude, and aggressive we had no idea who he was and they closed down all the snack stand when it started raining so we had a couple bags of snack cookies that we gave the children
It is always nice to deal, with aggressive people when you have five children that are under five your wife and your mother With you
Thinking about the situation I am assuming this man was the...
Read moreI had a very fun time with my friends but unfortunately I had a small issue with one of the workers. This was a few weeks ago. I noticed that the pink tubes were smaller than the blue tubes, and since I’m a little smaller, I asked for a pink one. The guy laughed at me and I was very confused. I just decided to forget about it and go on with my day. Eventually, I decided to switch for a double tune so I could ride with my friend. More workers are there now, so I swapped with a different one. The same worker is standing in the back talking about me to his coworker right in front of my face saying how I “needed” the pink one and I “wouldn’t” go without the pink one. I did not care about the color. I just thought it would fit me better because of the size. I was upset. When I went back to switch my double tube he thankfully wasn’t there. But other than that 1 specific worker (who’s name I did not get) it’s a nice place...
