Great people but the stylist that did my hair which was a silk press with (steam detox) Cambria, scammed me and it was my first time ever doing a silk press. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to her at all. I approached her and she didn’t really care nor apologized for the inconvenience to my hair. My hair didn’t last 24 hours and it went from that to this. I’m not sure about the other stylist but this one was terrible and I was very respectful to her and the business prior to being very transparent to her about my hair texture and the recommendation (steamed detox) that she requested that would help my silk press lasting longer. Followed all the instructions at home and when I approached her she said my money couldn’t be refunded. Let alone she didn’t even care. Definitely wouldn’t recommend or go there again. Love this salon. Came for a relaxer touch up and really loved the experience. My relaxer was applied properly, with care! You’d be surprised how many salons won’t base your scalp or apply something to your hairline/ears. But here, they made sure to protect my skin and scalp. I had no burning at all! Not even a tingle or an itch. There is such a focus on healthy hair and customer service here. Makeba was so kind and informative. Will definitely be making this my regular salon and plan to go...
