Do not recommended for piercings. Went there on 01-2-2017 to get my nose pierced. There was a young guy there who attempted to do my nose piercing. First he pierced my nose with the wrong color and size nose ring. After he placed it in he decided to state he had did something dumb and would have to take it out and do it again. My nose was already very sore from the initial piercing. He then takes clamps to try to pull the wrong nose ring in my nose out , pulling and tugging on it . I told him repeatedly it was hurting me . There was blood everywhere!!! He finally gets the nose ring out and states after the fact I would need to be pierced a special way because my nose has ridges in it..( something a professional would of known before) he then attempts to push the right nose right back in the same sore tender .. pushing and twisting it into my nose. At this point im in so much pain I nearly called the whole thing off . He finally gets it in and then takes me to the register and still decides to charge me full price !!! Despite the huge mistake and pain he put me in . I asked him for a discount due to what he put me through and he had the nerve to say " I can't give you a discount but I can give you advice" if it wasn't for my friend being there I would of gave him advice and left without paying for what he just put me through but I paid my money and left. DO NOT GO HERE FOR...

I went in to get a consultation for a tattoo. I had the tattoo prior but it fell out. (Tattoo was done at pinstruck prior in 2005) I wanted a redo. This tattoo stemmed from something personal. The customer service was present and greeted me with saying hello. However when that tattooist came out and I told them what I wanted (2 words each foot≈ 4 words total) he said it was a waste of time and money to do that. When I said "It's my money that's going to be wasted." He replied "I just don't want to do it, because my name is going to be on it." Which could be considered fair, but this tattoo ain't about him. I'm leaving a 2 star review because it was very visible that he couldn't be bothered. Couldn't be bothered to try and understand why I wanted the tattoo. Just kept saying "im not putting my name on that." For the personal meaning of this tattoo, I'm not going to be your advertiser, I just want it done and pay you money. In turn take my money and do the tattoo. I could go wherever, but I wanted quality and clean environment. Bottom line, 2 stars customer service was kind of there. Was treated like I'm a college kid. I'm in my 40's and I just wanted something done to honor a personal thing in my life. If you want something "simple and something that has meaning to you." Don't go to Pinstruck. It will be a waste...

Always nice, knowledgeable and walks you through everything. Ive had piercings before which are apparent and both times I got things pierced they talked me through everything including care and if you have any questions just call or you can come in. I cant say on tattoos but they always have people getting them and consultations going on when I was there. Also, just something I want to say anyone who does a service for you, hair cut, nails done, go out to eat and this includes tattoos and piercings they deserve to get tipped if you feel the service they provided met your needs etc. ( anytime Ive had a tattoo done or piercings done ( this includes the many different places Ive been too) many people just pay without tipping and I think people dont think about this like getting a hair cut or going out to eat)) so be kind and tip for any service someone...
