3 Strikes your out......This is the 3rd time Ive had an issue her and I havent been in over 6 months. I looked online they had sushi buy one get one half price. I called, first i was told let her check then she stated they didnt have it anymore. I told her its on the website then she puts me on hold comes back and says it's 50% of with a purchase. I said yes that is what i asked for so i proceed to give my order i order 1 item and the 50% off item and an additional item. I ask how much was told the price ( i didnt even think to look) I was told 10 min ( mind you i'm on my lunch break). I get there tell the guy i was picking up a called in order. I notice a weird # on my phone i dont answer then he puts the phone on speaker a lady ask my order ( surprised) I repeat my order she says the same as on the phone the 50% off i said yes she says okay. He proceeds to charge me the amount is higher so I'm like I was told $$$$ so then i look at the menu and do the math I was given the wrong price ( no biggie but I should have been told that when she just asked the order) Ok no problem I pay and then I have to wait for my food. WHY even if the price was an issue my order should have been made I told you on the phone what I wanted after you confirmed the buy one get one 50%. So not only did i call and waste my time to even order the food to be ready for pickup. I get there nobody knows what i want, the quoted price is incorrect and I had to wait for my order to be made ( again I'm on lunch break). Then I get back to work and we had 2 of the same items and 1 different. One of the same items and the different was packaged together, not for the same person. It would have at least made since to package the same item together. Heck I was standing right there, to even ask would have been the correct thing if you were trying to save on containers. The order was for 3 different ppl! Glad she had no food allergies. This is the 3rd time I have patronized and there was an issue. I tried, but I won't be coming back even though its convenient as its closer then Tokoyo Xpress. Convenience over customer service, I'd pick...
Read moreI hate to leave a bad review because the chef was kind enough to sub in more broccoli tempura at my request, but neither the Shrimp & Veg Tempura nor the Harry Mexican Rolls were good.
Both Harry Mexican Rolls tasted strongly of soap / sanitizer so I had to throw them out. Even if they'd been safe to eat, the "topped with shredded crab stick" was the absolute thinnest layer- it looked to like crab stick had been unrolled so exactly one thin layer was layed on top - very unimpressive compared to the same roll at other local restaurants.
The tempura batter was very thick and doughy, and the sweet potato had been sliced extra thin - it was the thickness of a greeting card. I compared.

Read moreI will never order from this establishment again. I also have had issues with my credit/debit cards being charged by them several weeks after I even went there. Had to dispute it with my bank and everything only to receive a letter that the provisional credit they gave me back was being reversed. Also had to get a new debit card only to notice now that I’ve been charged again by this establishment and haven’t even been there. I will be disputing this amount again and reporting this place to the BBB. They are truly stealing people’s hard earned money. I am now owed...
