Honest. This is a family owned business going on 50 years. They are extremely well versed in this industry. The fabric suggestions they have on had make selection easy. We ordered from the vast supply list / swatch books and the fabric came in on time.

The work performed was top notch. They kept us up to date on the progress by phone calls and having us stop in as they showed ideas (skirts, arm covers and such). Six pieces completed on time as expected. The end there was no suprise Bill. All up and up.

The furniture was returned via thier van and staff. The crew set furniture up, inspection in home completion and was well serviced.

The facts… I was charged 8% sales tax when none is due on services (verified with state of SC-no goods were sold to me). I was charged a 4% credit Card SURCHARGE for using my debit card to pay. It is a violation of Visa rules and the Durbin Act. I tried to explain to merchant but they would not listen. I was charged “cutting fees” that were never disclosed to me at the time of fabric drop off, nor when I handed over my debit card. My card was charged a total $44 in extra fees over and above the cost of agreed upon services. The workmanship was worse than poor. I absolutely loved this shop. It is a family business, and the guys there make you feel right at home. They have a vast collection of fabric. You could spend days looking for exactly what you want. The back of their shop is open to see what they are working on. The quality and craftsmanship is spectacular, along with turn-around time. Definitely recommend...
