This place deserves 100 stars! I was so stressed out and not to sure what type of dress I really wanted. I did shop two other places before coming here and both were awful experiences. Crystal and Abigail greeted me with a glass of champagne and showed me to the bridal suite. The store was upscale and super cute! Crystal was my bridal consultant and she was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about all the dresses and prices. My budget was $1500 and I had so many options to choose from. I felt comfortable talking to her about what I liked and didn’t like. She never pressured me into anything, I genuinely felt like she wanted me to find something I truly loved and I did! It was definitely worth the 2.5 hour drive there. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my wedding dress. The process was seamless, the staff was attentive, and I absolutely love my dress! They made finding the perfect gown so easy and enjoyable, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. However, my experience with renting tuxedos through them was less smooth. Communication on the tuxedo side was inconsistent—we were told to check the site (JWWarehouse) for prices, only to be charged a different amount later. We also had to provide contact information multiple times because it wasn’t properly recorded, and details about our suit preferences (colors, styles, etc.) were lost between visits, which caused some frustration. Overall, I highly recommend here for bridal dresses, but if you’re renting tuxedos, be prepared for potential communication hiccups and double-check all details. Unbelievable customer service from these ladies! I was visiting family for Thanksgiving and decided it would be nice for all of my aunts and cousins to go bride gown shopping with me. Abigail customized the appointment just for us. She knew what style gown I was interested in but also gave me advice to be open to other styles if I had never tried on gowns before. After the 3rd gown I tried in Abigail went and pulled one from the rack that I never knew I would even like. I tried it on and it was the gown! I couldn’t believe it! We all cried and there was no going home to sleep on it! They were also having a sale on the mothers gowns and my mom and aunt happen to find their dresses also!
