Charlotte Russe — Local services in Beaumont

I wanted to leave a positive review for this store. I went to write it and saw these negative reviews. They sound like scorned employees and customers that can’t understand policies. Either way I’ve been shopping this location since it opened. I get greeted every time I walk into the store and they are not pushy. This store is so clean compared to forever 21. They have a plus size section which I love because I am in Between sizes and sometimes need a 1x. I’m ranking this store 4 stars because it is not perfect. HORRIBLE customer service!! Went in the other day to return an online order, walked up to 3 girls behind the counter. Not one of them greeted me. I stated I had a return. The girl was very snobby. Love Charlotte Russe but I'd rather shop online then deal with going into and being treated like that....
