We placed an order on 7/8/21 for 30 wings at 7:20pm for pickup at 8:20pm. We arrived at 8:15pm to wait for the wings to be ready for pickup. At 8:45pm, the staff told us that the wings would be another 30 minutes. We spoke to the manager to get a refund because there was no trust in what “30 minutes” was going to mean given that we had already been waiting that long. After getting the required credit card information to the staff for the refund, several orders of wings were brought out and given to the various other people waiting for their orders. When asked if we would be able to get our wings, we were told the order was canceled. Note this was before we gave any info to the staff required to get the refund. Having no choice to accept the refund since the order was cancelled without being told it was cancelled, we gave the information to the staff who gave that to the manager. At 9:10pm after waiting to hear back about if the refund was processed, we asked to speak to the manager to find out why we had no refund nor no wings after 1 hour of waiting. The manager then explained that he would process the refund in an hour and a half and that we were free to go. At no point did anyone explain that we were free to go after they had the required information to give us the refund, and so we were just standing there waiting to hear anything back. When recapping the entire situation with the manager, he did not apologize for having us wait an hour only to receive no wings nor apologize for the poor communication of keeping us in the dark on how behind the wings would be before they were ready nor the poor communication that we were free to leave after giving him the refund information. We left with no food, no refund as it takes 5 business days to process, 2 hours of time wasted, and no apology or recognition of mismanagement of the situation by the manager. Patrick Asaro is one of the most inconsiderate and unhelpful managers I have ever worked for, honestly McDonalds has better management than Buffalo Wild Wings. I was 10 minutes late ONE time without calling in, the day before that I had only one complaint about me being honest and telling a customer I wasn't feeling too well and those were his reasons for firing me. A man that doesn't even take his time to get to know his employees or doesn't know me as a worker, decided randomly off of two instances were I was being a human that I wasn't "creating a positive work space" for my coworkers for being 10 minutes late. Every time he's around, he stresses everyone out and doesn't help make employees feel secure while in a high stress environment. Taking responsibility for my actions is something I can proudly say I do well, but what about the other people who come in an hour late or come late everyday without calling but people(managers included) just know they are going to show up late? As for the food, I rather not talk about what goes on. When trying to speak he kept threatening to call someone to take me out of the building! I am a soft spoken and respectful person, I have never been so disrespected in my life, I would never get violent or loud like he was implying. It is hard to believe that this was "the best" Buffalo Wild Wings, but as I got to know more about it, when the management changed the overall image changed as well. If I was a regular customer I would think about this review before going there, simply because I speak for most servers that works or have worked there. Read moreThe manger Lili came to my table and asked us if we had a problem very aggressive during the fight now UFC. She came to me and very rudely after 2 drinks and asked me if there was a problem when we were just minding our business. For no reason at all. My wife told me to be respectful regardless of the disrespect going on at the moment, She is honestly is a piece of work and very disrespectful. I am respectful of all people no matter what your position is! The level of disrespect to my family, received was not acceptable. She should be fired or demoted because she is not fit to be a manger over the staff! Outside of her my experience was amazing. My server Trey and the bartender Arturo were amazing. My family and I loved them but she the manager Lili needs to do better. If BWW didn’t have her them the building and the atmosphere would be much better! she is the rudest manager I have ever come in contact with! I have never had a manager, who is supposed to be the most respectful be the rudest! No matter what I enjoyed my server and I appreciate them very much thank you BWW but I wish she wouldn’t have came and ruined our experience!
