I should have read the reviews before picking up my online orders at the Parkdale Mall CP location. I have went to pick up orders on a few occasions and my first time was so horrible that I called the online CS to report the store employee(s) Apparently it fell on deaf ears from corporate because nothing has improved. After today I will no longer pick up orders at the store. The CP online gives an incentive (20% off) to pick up your order in the store. When you get to the store your not greeted, your ignored and treated like your an inconvenience. The employees will visit with each other and their children they bring to work with them but will completely ignore you. I would believe that the company would love for the online customer to shop in the store the day you pick up the online order, however my experiences at this location has been the complete opposite. Today I arrived at 10:05am to find the store still closed, the store opens at 10am. An employee finally appeared from the back of the store around 10:10ish, not much of a big deal to me until the employee looked at me and then made this loud Ugh noise, she then came and lifted/slammed open the metal gate. No good morning only a "Are you here for an order?", the rest of my visit was just as unpleasant and unprofessional, I had planned to shop, but no thanks. The employee was busy having a personal conversation on her headset while she was handling my order, didn't offer a handled bag to put my order in to make it easier for me to possibly shop in the store. I left out of the store carrying two big shipment bags, I couldn't even shop at other stores in the mall because of this store. My first visit was even more unaccomodating, I had to walk out and go through the mall with a big box and try to hold my child's hand. These employees need customer service soft skills training. They could learn alot from their overseas colleagues that handle customer service calls and get paid so much less than them. Since my very first visit that turned out to be a bad experience I have purposely been extra kind and engaging to see if the employees would be more friendly with me, but every time I visit it starts with an unpleasant feeling that I am a nuisance othwr than a welcomed customer. I have never showed any conflict with any of the employees but observant of how myself and my child are treated while in the store. Please CP management team either replace these store employees or train them on how to acknowledge and greet customers, how to be courteous, and how to be more accommodating to customers picking up online orders (just because we order online doesn't mean we aren't customers or won't shop in the store) and please please please teach some...

My daughter clothes fit perfectly meanwhile my son shirts are to his knees! I went to Exchange them for a smaller size but the cashier said I needed the order number even though she could clearly see the ones I brought back were never opened and I clearly stated I didnāt want a Refund all I wanted was a smaller size for my son! Long story short I had to walk my kids grandmother over the phone on how to look for the order number in her emails which took about 30mins and made me late for work because she kept finding the wrong numbers! Then when she finally locate it the cashier still didnāt exchange them she instead gives me a gift card with the refund amount and when I go find 3 out of the 5 shirts I returned the 3 shirts equals the amount of the 5 I brought back!!! So Frustrating and very bad...

While on her phone, her response to me was, āEveryone thinks we close at 9pm, but we close at 8pm.ā I looked at the time and it was barely 7:00pm with the gate 3/4ās down so no other customers could enter. š¤¦š»āāļø She proceeded to say that she was tired and wasnāt gonna bring anything else out.
Corporate needs to step in and intervine with the store manager. I only saw 3 associates in the store. One cashier (with a horrible attitude as well), the manager blocking the entrance and another associate who looked like she was clocked out since she was just chatting it up in the front. Theyāre loosing money and customers. Iāll never...
