Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Beaumont

Went in to exchange bras bought online. Stood in the long line only to be told to go to a different line for exchanges, then when I get to the front, they tell me to get what I want first. I finally get someone to help me find a bra and open the dressing room to try it on. She says she will go and get me a couple more to try. I waited and waited. Luckily my daughter was with me asked her to find the lady, she was helping someone else but said she was coming, never did. Finally got dressed and went back out, the associate was at the register helping another associate check someone out. She said she had pulled some bras for me, she hadn't. I said the line is too long to get back in to return, I'm just leaving. She says to come to a small kiosk in the middle of the store and she could process the return, she couldn't. Then gives me a card with bra names she wrote on it. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS...

I have no complaint with Victoria's Secret store in Parkdale Mall the staff are knowledgeable about there products and will help in any way they can they talk to you about the points you earn when you make purchases and you can also be measured and fitted for there Lingerie (bras) However when you call customer service it is a mess when you first call you have to use the virtual assistant and that takes at least 10 minutes of back and forth then when you finally get to the point where you can talk with an actual customer service representative and they find out why you are calling you are on hold again then disconnected so you have to start all over again by then you don't want to talk to anyone for fear of what you might say. This was the worst experience! The customer service was awful. I asked for help to find what I was looking for and help with sizing, but the ladies working there had NO interest helping anyone. I went to try on a bra and I pressed the button for help to ask for another size,, but it was ignored. When I went to check out I was asked if anyone had helped me, I mentioned it was a terrible experience and the lady said hmm, and scoffed it off and completely ignored my response. I have always enjoyed shopping here until today. The women working here were dressed inappropriately and there was no professionalism shown.
