Village Shopping Center — Local services in Beaumont

Awesome day. I did my Christmas shopping really early due to the great sales I couldn't pass up on. And in addition the senior discounts 😉😁. Roses had a wonderful selection of food, clothing, household decor, and of course Christmas items. Family Dollar also had an array of sales throughout the store. I also got the nail dryer I had been wanting for a while now. No sales there, but it was worth what I paid for it. People frown on Citi Trends, saying it's cheap, but I found a lot of cute things there for little to nothing but well worth it. The employees there were so helpful and nice. That's what all stores need. Great employees with great attitudes, sincere kindness. I shopped for about 5 hours at different stores and enjoyed every minute of time spent alone. Thank God...

It is a substantial sized Shopping Center. I visited H&R Block there yearly. It is a good location for a new business to be developed. Bus stop is adjacent to the parking lot.

Nice to see the addition of a La Morenita Meat Market. It would be a food desert without them.

The Shopping Center could benefit from having parking lot updates for astethics, security for morning or developing more late evening shopping, and an additional anchor store. It used to be a main hub for shopping on the Northside.
