Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Beaumont

Extremely RUDE staff. The crew that was working at 7pm tonight needs to either be fired or placed behind the scenes. I was snapped at rudely when I misheard the price at the drive-thru machine. When I pulled up I accidentally honked my horn with my purse and was scowled at again, though I apologizes both times. My repeated apologies and thank yous were left unacknowledged and were met with more scowls. What's worse, when I got home half my order was missing. I went back since according to my receipt I had paid for the full order, this time going inside. I said "I think I left half my order when I was here before" phrasing it politely, as though it were my own fault. The nearest lady scowled at me again, picked up a bag and turned her face from me as she handed it to me. No apologies, not even an acknowledgment that I had spoken. I was taught in retail and fast food that the more congenial employees should handle customers and those with poor and grumpy dispositions stay in back and make the food. Absolutely the worse DQ I've ever been to. Took 5 minutes for me to place my order because I had to repeat myself several times. My order was a large reeses blizzard with hot fudge and triple reeses, and six cheese sticks. While waiting, two women came in to say their nachos only had one piece of hamburger meat on it. The cashier said that was the normal amount and it would be extra to get any more. There could not have been half a tsp on it. When i got my blizzard, i saw it only had a little bit of reeses in it and no hot fudge. When confronted, i was told that they did give me extra extra reeses, which was equivalent to three teaspoons worth. They did take it back and add the hotfudge, but not the reeses i ordered and paid extra for. On to of that, they fave me three cheese sticks instead of the six i ordered. The corporate manager should be notified and the staff needs to be trained...

I came here due to the relatively high reviews and also because I was already on this side of town. I drove up to the drive thru to place my order. The young guy said he couldn't hear me. I am soft spoken so i do understand me sometimes needing to speak up more. So, I ended up repeating what I said for the 3rd time a bit louder. Only for one of their lovely employees to mock me! They're night time employees are very rude and unprofessional! I ended up just leaving once the car in front of me drove off....
