First thing I'd like to say is they are very friendly and knowledgeable. BUT, after spending 70$ on a product, and after 2 days of using, the product began oozing out of the mouth piece making it near unusable. Vape was being used correctly, as it wasn't my first product Ive used. Took product back to the store in hoping they would make things right but was told if battery had malfunctioned then they could do something but other than that, was told I was just basically out 70$. Said they would sale me something else, but that doesn't fix the issue. Would think they would want to keep a customer then lose a customer but they chose to lose a customer. And not a isolated issue seeing that this has happened multiple times not just in my experience either. Product was a vape called extract, 4.5g grape/ grand mommy? I believe was the name of, close to it anyways. 💥 UPDATE : I just noticed the response this company decided to apply to my experience at this location WELL to respond to this owners claims about me the customer.... YOU HAVE MY COMPLETE PERMISSION TO ADD THIS SO CALLED VIDEO WITH AUDIO BOTH THE PURCHASE AND THE RETURN (POST THEM BOTH PUBLIC) THE ENTIRE INTERACTION CAUSE YOU ARE A COMPLETE LIER idk why you would feel the need to lie to the degree that you have in your post and my actions in your store on both dates but PLEASE feel free to post those videos you have !!!!!!!!!!!! And to your offer to supply a refund based on the ground of an apology we'll let me put it this way IM SHOCKED TO THINK A BUSINESS OWNER WOULD GO TO SUCK LOWS OVER A REVIEW ... BASELESS ACCUSATIONS WAS THE BEST WAY THIS STORE COULD FIND TO RESPOND TO A REVIEW .... Again feel free to share those videos you have my complete full permission at least that will allow these customers reading this to know what kinda person that's behind this company!!!!!!! Sorry I didn't see this sooner than I did but now that I have lets figure out a resolution here that works best for us both ..... When i worked at happy camper we NEVER charged for someone to use their cc, it was considered the cost of do8ng business. How can yo7 charge some9ne fornspending money at your store? That fee is your responsibility . Not the customers. Its a good sounding exscuse.but just that a exscuse.
