My wife and I were wanting to purchase a new mattress with the adjustable base and decided on Sleep Outfitters for our first stop. We were met by Judy Page who welcomed us into the store as if we were family. She asked us what we were looking for in our new mattress needs and showed us just the right amount to make a great decision. She is so knowledgeable about what she sells and is enthusiastic about the product. She never pressured us or rushed us to make a decision as some salespeople do in the other furniture stores. She is definitely a huge asset to the company and they are lucky to have her. Of course after meeting Judy and showing us and explaining the mattresses and adjustable bases we knew we were not going anywhere else. She showed us exactly what we wanted and needed and gave us a great deal as well as the best mattress shopping experience we've ever had. WOW, what an experience! I didn’t know purchasing a new bed could be so easy and strangely enough, so informative. Anita (my better half) and myself are getting along in years and decided sleeping in our loungers over half the time was getting old. Also, Anita has had hip replacement and is scheduled for knee replacement next week. We went to see Judy Page at Sleep Outfitters to see what was available in adjustable beds. Judy began by asking us general questions about our sleep patterns and showing us a variety of beds. I have never met a person more knowledgeable about the product she sells. After we had decided on the bed right for us ( and it was a bit hard because all she suggested felt wonderful) Judy painlessly guided us through our payment options, clearly explaining each item as she went. All the beds she showed us were in stock, NO ORDERING, which was important for us because Anita’s surgery was moved up an entire week. I cannot say enough nice things about the quality of kind service that I received from Judy Page! She was an absolute God-send to me and my family. We lost everything in a fire at the storage unit where we held at least 85% our household goods during a move to Beckley, WV. We lost most everything we own, including all three of our mattresses/boxsprings/beds, etc. We needed something quick and affordable, but having a higher quality mattress is a must for our daughter (who has had a total spinal fusion). Judy explained everything in great detail, stating facts that our physicians and physical therapists had told us also. We were not only impressed with her knowledge of what makes a great mattress, but we were especially blessed by her thoughtfulness, sincerity and concern for our situation.
