This place is an absolute scam! People not standing on their words and lies being told I would not recommend having a party here and if you decide to book here have an attorney with you! They will scam you this is not a fair facility and the director over the community center is unprofessional when questions need to be asked he’s nowhere to be found and your time is being wasted they take your money! I love this center but the one big problem that I have is working out. This is a huge place and it has everything that I need to workout except a buddy. My friend lived over here and I would come with her when I lived in Warrensville Hts for 5 dollars. Covid hit and now it’s nothing. I moved over here to be close to her but she lost her battle with cancer a few months back. I need someone to work out with. If you’re not from, Bedford, Bedford Hts or Oakwood you cannot come with someone who has a membership. First of all, I am a new member. I have been living in Bedford Hts. for 7 years and have been in the center for many different occasions. It has been my experience that the staff has been very helpful. My wife, who has been a member for years, has nothing but great things to say about the staff also. The downside is that they don't have enough staff, mainly lifeguards. It is very disappointing to find out that certain things are shut down because there are no lifeguards.
