Subway — Restaurant in Bedford Heights

The soup that I purchased from this Subway tasted horrible. I spoke with the manager Sharan to have my soup replaced and he said he was out of soup. So because they were out of soup I asked him to replace the soup with a sandwich. He then let me know he could give me a discount but not a free sandwich because of the cost difference. I then decided to leave and not return ever again. As a manager when you drop the ball you should know that giving a customer a free sandwich is the least you can do for messing up my evening by giving me a bad sell. As a resident of Bedford Heights and a worker of Solon I will not support this Subway again. Customers deserve to feel appreciated and a sincerely apology goes a long way. Please join me in taking your money to a more valued customer...

We ordered delivery to our place of employment through the subway app. We were missing a couple items so we called. We were advised that "they are at work and won't bring us the stuff but we can come and get it"... We were at work too that's why we ordered delivery. No refund for the missing items were offered, not even an apology. On top of the lack of customer service our sandwichs were just sad. I ordered double meat on my foot long (two meals for me that way) and it definitely wasn't. The vegitables were not even close to fresh. I'm not a fan of leaving bad reviews but this store needs some attention. I understand that making sandwiches probably isn't the greatest job but the job we do makes a difference to...

A black lady in charge with short purple hair, nose piercings, and long green fingernails wasn't wearing her mask properly while making sandwiches for multiple customers, it was down underneath her nose, and although she was generally nice, this was unpleasant and unnecessary given that she wasn't wearing glasses that would fog up. I have worked in food service for many years, I know their struggles and appreciate their hard work, but employers need to pay them $15/hr and fire anyone who doesn't do a respectable job for such a respectable wage. And I will happily pay more for my sandwich knowing my food is prepped by competent staff who care about food safety...
