Absolutely HORRIBLE! Placed an order at drive through speaker. Needed to add a whopper at the window before paying. Worker says no add ons. I asked for the on shift Manager. Worker reluctantly got the Manager's attention. Manager never fully came to the window to speak with me directly and respectfully; while also walking away from me speaking disrespectfully. At this point, I'm realizing this is a low level customer service run establishment. The staff reflects lack of leadership and respect as a whole. Meanwhile, as I inform the manager of what needed to be added to the order, the worker is in the background complaining that I'm just sitting there, when she never gave me my drink, condiments, or my receipt for order. The item is added by the Geneneral manager (Nicole). The worker is irritated, but tells me to pull up, still without giving me a receipt. The assistant GM comes out to bring me the added sandwich, as I inform her that a fry was missing out of my bag along with barbecue sauce, ketchup and sweet & sour sauce. She (Nichole) makes a fuss about a receipt and the fact that she didnt bag anything. I tell her to provide fresh fries for the entire order, and proceeded to pay her for an additional order of fries, since Now we realize the initial order was placed by the window worker incorrectly. The Assistant GM (Nichole) walked out, gave me 3 fresh orders of fries and a initial order receipt. I remind her about needed sauce/condiments for 2 10pc nuggets, now getting cold..... She proclaims loudly, "I am not about to keep walking back out here!" As if any of the issue was my fault, and I was causing her pain? I've never had such an awful experience or bad customer service this Bad! The GM, The Assistant GM, and All workers at this Burger King NEED NEW ON THE JOB TRAINING!!!! If no add-on items are accepted at the window, then that needs to be visibly posted at the ordering speaker for everyone's clarity and information!!! 3 workers and 25 minutes later~ I won't be back there, and wouldn't waste my money, time...

But you're still dealing with the public. You should be more like the dude who was working the window. Even though you guys need help up there, he did not have an attitude towards anything! He was just doing his job. But you, on the other hand, working that sandwich board got you with an attitude. And I'm not mad at you for the way you treated me this morning. Because I know if you had a higher education or probably more decency about yourself, you wouldn't be doing what you're doing! I do hope you guys get some good help up there soon. Because the manager was yawning the entire time I was standing there, she's tired, and she needs help up there! So if anybody is reading this and doesn't mind flipping a burger or making some breakfast sandwiches, please go to this Burger King and put in the application or go online and put in the application! Because they definitely need help! And back to the dude with the glasses on, working that sandwich board! I hold no grudge towards you, Homeboy! I had a Burger King job before! I worked at Burger King for 3 days! Then I started doing a little thinking, and then I found myself a different job! I do not knock anyone who works at a fast food restaurant.
