Fuji To Go — Restaurant in Bedford Heights

I was going to give a good rating until my experience today. The only reason I didn't give a one star is because the food overall is good (although I did get sick off of one dish that I normally don't get so I figured that was an isolated thing). I just got more of my usual food I get from them which was Chicken Fried Rice. I always ask them to remove the eggs from mine whenever I order fried rice meals because eating eggs directly makes me sick. My body just does not like them. I DO THIS EVERYWHERE I GET CHINESE FOOD FROM. Up until today they were accommodating and did not put them in. Today I was told by the guy who normally takes everyone's order that "we charge extra to leave out eggs". They were going to charge me $1 for something I did not want! I've been there several times and was always a good customer to them and then they turn around and try to charge me for no reason? For something I cannot eat? Needless to say, the guy did not charge me since he knew I always asked for "no eggs" but he said that NEXT TIME I would be charged. OUTRAGEOUS!!!! I will NEVER order from them again. That is such poor customer service and that is not how they should treat good customers who come in there often. I frequent this establishment quite often and most of the time the food is pretty good. Prices are great very competitive for Hibachi style. But for me being a business owner and executive chef in the food industry, I'm kind of a stickler for consistency consistency. I order the same thing every time nothing different sesame chicken No Seeds rice lo mein noodle. On a few occasions I got something else other than sesame chicken didn't know what it was didn't complain. But this time I feel like I should voice my opinion. The noodles were very mushy horrible worst I've ever had and I've never had that from there before but I wouldn't have served it to my customer. Then I call and I talk to the young lady she ask me if I could just bring it back and they will remake it for me. I didn't have time to take it back so I said I would bring it back tomorrow which I'm not even going to do because 9 times out of 10 there will be some other type of problem and it's not even worth 7 Bucks. Hope they get their consistency right nine times out of 10...

It's new to the area so I thought I try it out. May I say its ran in a nice passionate order. I've been going here for a little more then 3 months now and I'm quite committed to a fine tuned restaurant as this one. The food is fresh made to your order, and the service is benign. You get a substantial amount of food for little pay I was amazed by the quantity. Although there's no dine in, the place is pretty adequate and complimentary.
