Horrible customer service! The man who I assume is the owner or manager has the worst people skills of anyone I've met in a long time! We had been there previously and absolutely loved the food and the atmosphere. This time we called ahead to make sure they were open and ask if we needed a reservation before we made the 45 minute drive. The nice lady I spoke to said we should be able to walk in, but took our name anyway. When we arrived the man couldn't be bothered to take the time to listen and just said they we full as he walked away. Since I had given our name we went upstairs in case they had a table reserved for us there. While we waited and waited for someone to acknowledge us another couple came up from downstairs to "sit at the bar while they waited for a table." In the meantime grumpy guy did say he would check on a table for us. When he eventually return it was to off the other couple seats at the bar downstairs (you know...the place we had been told we would be able to find a seat when we arrived).
