As far as the appliances go, we are pleased. However, we are not pleased with the service we received. They could not order the washer and dryer we wanted, and a few days before my kitchen appliances were to arrive told us they could not get our dishwasher. When our fridge, oven, and microwave arrived they were not to instal as we did not pay for an instal fee. However, one of the guys plugged in the oven cord to the wall without plugging it into the oven. He tripped the breaker and shot out a spark, burning our new flooring and part of the cabinet by the stove. We are very disappointed, as we are building a new home. Our flooring and cabinets were not cheap. The owner is telling us there is nothing that can be done as far as compensation. I understand accidents happen and it could be worse, and I love supporting small and local business, but am disappointed with our experience here and will most likely not...

I wish I could be writing a review about my appliance, but we haven’t even gotten to that point. I ordered a fridge on April 1st. The only person that called me was Jade and she called me back to confirm it was placed and to tell me it was expected to arrive on April 29th. That was over a week ago. I called yesterday (may 5) and they stated that they haven’t gotten it yet and she would call me back in the afternoon. Never have received any updates, no communication. No call back.

I am a business owner myself so I try and be understanding but this is just plain bad...

We have a vacation cottage near Bedford but our permanent residence is much farther away. Our 20+ year old refrigerator at our cottage was leaking water so I googled an appliance repair place and found this one. I called and made an appointment. Dion came out to do the service. Very nice pleasant gentleman. Got us fixed right up for a very minimal cost. Saved us having to buy a new refrigerator. I would definitely recommend this company...
