Anthony's Patio — Local services in Bee Cave

Jayne M. at Anthony's Patio Too is wonderful! Her love to help others is genuine! She wants your experience to be perfect. She went above and beyond for us by helping us choose the perfect patio table and chairs this year, to go with our collection we purchased two years ago from them. She came out and made sure the metal on the base of the table matched our window frames on our home. Our back patio is all windows, so that was important! She also sent out her delivery guys, a second time ,to move the table to the exact location I wanted it. ALSO, I was not happy with the stitching on the pillows that came with our furniture we purchased two years ago from the old store location on Bee Cave Rd. (I had not met Jayne then). She had me bring them in, had them re-stitched exactly liked I asked, no charge and no hesitation. Anthony's Patio has an amazing selection of Outdoor Furniture and I would recommend...

Rarely will you meet more condescending and arrogant people in your life. The husband wife duo of Anthony and Jayne will go out of their way to make you feel like a second rate citizen. Unfortunately, they make enough revenue off of their few decorator friends that they are comfortable being rude to the walk in customers. If you still find yourself inclined to walk in while visiting the Galleria, I assure you, you will walk out totally perplexed and feeling like you just inconvenienced a business by considering spending money with them. I highly encourage the general public to take your business elsewhere and genuinely wish Anthony’s Patio would close their doors to the public and become a private appointment only firm so the rest of us don’t waste our time. As an added bonus, I guarantee one of them will respond to this post with a snarky...

Only leaving "1 Star" because you cannot leave 0...

Jayne was the most arrogant and rude person I have ever encounter and she is the face of this business. I had selected $18k worth of furniture. When I arrived at the showroom to pay and arrange details I was met with the most unbelievably condescending attitude from Jayne. She was short in her responses and just plain rude...to the point of seeming like she did not want my business. Ultimately decided to just walk out and take my business elsewhere.

It is unfortunate because I do believe that the product(s) they offer are outstanding, but if this how they treat Customers at the point of sale, I can only imagine the level incompetence one would receive if there were any type of problem. Read the other reviews...cannot imagine how they stay in business with this person dealing with...
