Amazing concept and first experience was followed with a Amazing customer experience. Second visit was the worst customer experience I had in a long time. I tried to book on the app a suite with a shower but got book on a suite without one. I have put in the comments to set it at 170 degree, it was not and the sauna never reached it in 40minutes. I got told 5bminutes before my appointment that I had to be member to get a shower. The lady didn’t want to accommodate me in any ways, refund, paying extra for a shower or discount on next visit. The only way she wanted to accommodate me is buy buying a membership even after telling her that I am from a different country and we don’t have perspire back home. I have visited several Perspire locations in Texas, but the Hill Country Galleria venue is definitely my favorite.

As soon as you enter, you immediately begin to relax. The friendly and professional staff greet you by name. Your sauna suite is clean, set to your personal preferences (temperature, lighting, and entertainment), and ready to use with fresh towels.

The SNO shower is an amazing end to your session, flooding your body with endorphins and giving you an extra health boost.
