Learning Express Toys — Local services in Bee Cave

Today was the first time I've ever been to this store. I took my two youngest(2 and 6 year olds) and they had an absolute BLAST. The two workers were super friendly and even encouraged my kiddos to try out some fun toys which was unexpected and SO refreshing. There were so many things to play with it was almost like a mini kid museum that doesn't charge admission 🤣. I also never felt pressured to buy as I have in some similar stores in the past. Of course we did end up buying quite a bit because their selection is amazing. As some reviewers have said, their prices are higher which is totally true, but you get what you pay for. The quality of everything we bought is top notch and will last for years to come. So glad we found this place and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

Every time we are in The Galleria we stop at Learning Express Toys. I don't always buy my kids a toy, sometimes they like to come in and play with a toy on display or browse through the shelves making a mental note of what to ask me for 'next time'. We buy all of our friends birthday presents here as well as other special occasions. Anyone working in the store has been pleasant and helpful when we just can't figure out what to purchase. I know that Squishmallows are all the rage these days so it is awesome to see the owners update the customers ahead of time - seriously there were lines wrapped around the store the last few deliveries. I think their prices are fair - compared to other big box stores. I often find things that I would not have otherwise found had I been looking online. I’ve only been there a few times as I just recently gotten into squishmallows and I’ve had pleasant experiences every time (even when I leave empty handed lol). The owner was very welcoming and personable and I thought it was so sweet that he even remembered me and my dog and on following visits asked about my dog when I didn’t bring him. I wanted to leave this review because especially right now with the squishmallow craze, I like many other squishmallow collectors have not come across good customer service from other stores as many employees have become annoyed with answering the same question, where as he’s had a great attitude, been very polite, and happy to help every time I’ve been there.
