Discussions of gun violence by employees around customers.

I was shocked to have the employees discussing a recent shooting in front of me and my family. Employee brought this event to the attention of another employee in a very casual manner while I was standing in front of her viewing some of her products. I’m a victim of gun violence, so to go into a store with my child that sells crystals, sage, palo santo, etc and makes their money selling “zen items”, and then have an employee talk about a shooting at a local children’s activity zone was really disappointing and shocking. I suffer from PTSD due to gun violence and this triggered an episode of panic attack for me. I found this extremely unprofessional and will not be returning to this...

Not sure what others are speaking of when they said they were welcomed as soon as they came in the store. One word was never said to me and my daughter. Never a hello or was never asked if we needed help. I did hear them asking other customers if they needed help...odd. I asked a question about a product and recieved a snotty unwelcoming response. My daughter loves this store and brought me here for the first time. I felt nothing, NOTHING, but bad vibes. So much so I didn't want to give a dime of my money to this business. I will not...

Love this store! Always has unique items that will surprise you! Have purchased many tingshas, incense, drums, journals, jewelry, purses, and fun stone statues from this place - always have a special find here. A little more on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for it is all high quality items that will last and plus location of the store is premium. Many of there products are ethically made by small businesses with a beautiful cause behind it. Definitely...
