I'd give this 0 stars if I could. This place was awful. The food was awful, the service was awful, and it was dirty in the bathrooms and the fans above the tables. First off, the happy hour signs and receipts say 2-7 but the manager and staff will only honor happy hour from 3-6. The service was soooo S.L.O.W. Drinks took forever to get made and delivered to the tables and the bartender gave us attitude as soon as we walked in. The manager was the only one who was clear on the prices in the menu because everything was listed as "market price" including the overpriced wings. The 14 entrees that we ordered were all bad. The bartender/waitress never came back to check on us. We complained to the manager about the poor food and service and her response was that the cook thought the food was fine and we were all wrong about everything. Don't go here unless you like bad food, bad service, and bar attitudes from the staff.

We went there on Saturday, June 24th. I got the God father, and it was horrible. I did not finish the food. The shrimp was way overcooked, and the crab meat had an odd tease. My son got the fish and chip, and there was pink color on the bottom of the fish. They said it was off the wax paper it came on. I have never seen anything like that before. My wife got the skipjack chicken, and her shrimp was way overcooked as well. Did not finish. We sat at the downstairs bar cause there was a wedding going on, and the bartender was super nice. None of it was her fault. I was so mad I paid up before we ate cause the food was terrible. Sorry, I'm just being honest.

We had a great time. We sat upstairs; even though we got there early - it was nice. Happy hour until 6pm. Beer, wine and appetizer 2off each. Excellent culinary. We had the crab balls - 3 - delicious, but $20.99. I had the Salmon - very good, my husband had the crab sauce with pasta, garlic bread. All amazingly scrumption. Blueberry cheesecake for desert and coffee. All super good - hard to find in a bar, exceeded expectations. Great service. Loved the music too. There are a couple of pool tables in the back, some games and a stage. Check for live musjc, DJ, karaoke, etc. Recommend!

Disgusting . This was my third trip here and for the third time I was disgusted. Why did I return.... because the first two i was a guest of someone else . The third time it was my idea because i thought JUST MAYBE i had been ordering the wrong kind of food and maybe change up and get something good. Sometimes it happens that way.... ya know!!!! NOT!!!! OMG, lets start out by the fact the runner or cook or whomever carried out the tray and the waitress came over from the other direction. This guy states to her it's been sitting in the "window" forever so he brought it out( might I point out I could visually see one other table of guests in the dining room so not exactly overflowing with customers. My plate of seafood nachos got set down and I immediately notice the burnt black perimeter of nacho chips. So this all makes me touch my companions plate to see if his expensive steak dinner with seafood topping is actually warm. UMMMM nope, plate is stone cold. I'm hopeful and ask him if I can have a bit. The whole thing is stone cold "EXCEPT as he points out the very top middle is actually steaming hot and yet everywhere else the food is stone cold???? Upon further inspection my expensive seafood nachos are on a plate so freaking hot it would burn me. Kinda like when you microwave stuff and plate becomes unbearably hot and never cools down. Waitress just stands there offering NOTHING in the way of fixing anything when I'm pointing it all out. My companion is aa nice guy and hungry and not a complainer so just says forget it and says he will eat it. My SEAFOOD nachos with shrimp and crab has over microwaved cheese (so it seemed ,as it was so hard). The shrimp was, I'm not sure what, but was like bits of rubber balls. The crab was suspicious as well because it looked like uniform baby corn kernel pieces and tasted like.... we'll who knows. After like two bites my stomach was so upset I pushed it aside for taking home to try and eat later and possibly it would taste better because at that point it couldn't taste worse. My friends steak Oscar, aside from being cold everywhere except the steaming middle, was a bit tough and absolutely tasteless. The mashed potatoes were cold from jump and basically a soupy bowl of lumps. Last thing left was the rolls...Welllllll once again all three types were stone cold, but the flat type bread was edible. The crusty rolls were so tough and hard along with cold you could have seriously ripped a tooth out taking a bite. Was there anything good??? Well coffee was pretty decent so that was the ONE star!!!!!! So now I just spent $50 on a disgusting dinner when the 2 for $2 menu at McDonalds would have been a great improvement. Oh yeah... as I'm leaving the hostess asks how was everything. I tell her not good whatsoever.... HER ANSWER to that one was not to ask me what was wrong or any type of inquiry to better the restaurant ...but to paste a stupid smile on her face and tell me enjoy my night.

Posting bad reviews is NOT my thing . I LOVE alot of places in the area, but this place just had no redeeming qualities for me except...

Had a meet up with a couple of people on a Thursday night after making a reservation a couple of days prior. Once I arrived they didn't seem to have or reference my reservation but it didn't really impede us from getting a table. The restaurant wasn't overly crowded but it was hard to find the entrance as the front door was locked and multiple signs directed you through the empty restaurant to the upstairs dining room. They had a DJ & karaoke and to be fair I was warned about that when making the reservation but the music was VERY loud and peppered with lots of ear-splitting audio feedback. Most of the restaurant was closed so everyone was confined to the same room as the DJ. The waitress was all right and friendly but the hostess staff allowed me to stand around for 5 to 10 minutes after cleaning a table before letting me know it was ok to actually sit at it. They didn't provide any printed menus but instead made you scan a QR code on the table using your phone in order to go to the menus posted on their website. I am not sure what you would do if you didn't have a smartphone or a QR scanner. I tried to order the mussles appetizer but was told they were out so I got a cup of the cream of crab soup instead which had large pieces of crabmeat in it but didn't really taste very good. They also didn't have pre-sweetened tea so I opted for a Mt. Dew instead which was served in a plastic disposable cup. It was extraordinarily loud and difficult to converse and most of my party left realtively early due to the screeching feedback from the sound system. Overall I wouldn't recommend this restaurant or you should at least wait until the immediate COVID danger dies down which might result in better service and atmosphere with fewer...

I have lived in harford county my whole life and i can honestly say i will not be returning to the Tower. I have gone with friends to party and enjoy drinks but today going for food was a disappointment. I am a bride and they were in the options for catering the wedding but you can strike them off the list. The crab dip was a little runny for my marylander taste but it was ok. For the meal my fiancé got a burger that was so tough for no reason almost like it was cooked before it was fully thawed, precooked and warmed in a microwave or it was simply bad meat. We expressed our concerns and they placed an order for chicken tenders instead. When my nachos came out i had added chili... i had no idea that it would come on the side... but that ended up being the least of my problems... 100 percent the chili is nuked in a microwave because steam was coming off of it and wasn't even warm.... when it came back after reheating... again the bowl it was in was warm to the touch but not the chili... in the end we got charged for the tenders and i didn't care to complain about the nachos because i knew it wasn't going to change...

The only courteous thing was that the manager came out to discuss the burger but that was all... all i can say is... thanks for my 50.00 for two sodas and a order of tenders that we wont be finishing or eating...

We have a 3 strike rule system and in the history of our lives together and separate lives before this is the second place to have a 3 strike in the same day and we refuse...
