Today was a complete and utter embarrassment. My sister had an appointment set for 1pm today (3/26/23) that was made last week. I arrived before her to the appointment and gave the associate the appointment name. The associate then tells us " you don't have an appointment here." I proceed to explain to her that yes we do my sister made the appointment in store and I was actually on the phone when she made the appointment. The associate ( tall black lady with short gray hair) goes over to the computer and I guess she realizes she had messed up because she tells us to check in. I go ahead and check in. She proceeds to grab the vests color ring and tie color ring and says I forgot to hit save on your sisters appointment. My sister finally arrives after 5 minutes of my having to deal with this lady asking me about color swatches and styles to which I told her my sister needs to be here. When my sister arrived the way this lady treated us was deplorable. She treated us as if we weren't supposed to be there. The little ignorant comments that she and what I guess was an assistant manager made, really made me feel a way. I overheard them say we need to stop making in store appointments. NO! you need to learn how to work your system properly. The associate that was "helping" my sister was so unprofessional it was ridiculous. She was leaning all on the table talking to my sister and I as if we were stupid, she yelled out "DID YOU SEE THAT ON PINTEREST OR SOMETHNING?" I looked at her like what the hell! My sister literally ran out of the store crying because she was so embarrassed. I confronted what I believe to be a manager and explained what had happened and she acted as if I had six heads or wasn't speaking English! It was so irritating that I just asked for the corporate number because I was not going to get anywhere with these two people. Overall it was a very horrible experience which I hate to say I didn't have this problem at this location when it was all guys working there back in 2017. Back then everyone was inviting and helpful. This place has gone downhill. Such a shame. It sucks because they deserve no stars but I have to give...
Read moreThis is a horrible store and I HIGHLY advise going to a different location. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE AND DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID. Our horrendous experience first began when my fiancé visited this location to buy a suit for our wedding. The lady judged him by the way he was dressed and assumed he wasn't there to purchase anything. She went as far as to not service him and not let him try on clothes because, and this is what the sales associate said, "you're not going to buy anything anyway". She told him to make a wedding appointment if he wanted to try anything on and sent him out the door. This should have been the first red flag, but we decided to give this location a second chance as it was just one bad associate. We made a wedding appointment, and our second experience was somehow more terrible than our first visit. First, one of the sales associates at this location was wearing yoga pants and slippers, super unprofessional for a Men's Warehouse. Once they found out our appointment was not to rent, but to buy, he was given a suit to try on. The associates didn't even give him a vest to try on, the best man that was there helping out had to grab it for us. He was also fitted for a white collard shirt that was entirely too large for him. We looked for the associates that were helping us, and they just disappeared. After 15–20 minutes of waiting around, another nice associate came to help us get the right shirt and finally gave us some decent customer experience. Apparently booking an appointment doesn't mean anything because they will abandon you for another customer that walks through the door, and you will be left to fend for yourself. We called another location in White Marsh, and we apparently are not the first customers to have this experience. Even if it is a longer and an inconvenient drive, skip the headache and avoid this location at all costs. Please don't make the same...
Read moreThis was our second visit to Men's Wearhouse for our wedding suits and I did not want to leave a review the first time thinking it was maybe just a bad day. After our second visit yesterday, I was incredibly frustrated and unsatisfied with our visit. The first woman helping us was a dream. She answered all of my questions, let me test out different colors and looks on my fiancé, and was overall incredibly patient. Then another woman with wavy hair inserted herself in to our appointment. It did not bother me at first but my final straw was her speaking over me to tell my brother and fiancé to try on a different suit style because she didn't think they looked good in the first one. Her words exactly were "Those styles just aren't made for men like you two so maybe we scratch her idea and do what I am thinking instead". How incredibly unprofessional! She then inserted herself in to our groomsmen renting their suits and measured them for the wrong jacket. Our group information explicitly said no jackets, just vest and pants so as to why she even had a jacket for them to try on was beyond me other than ignorance and entitlement. I tried to stay close by to ensure she wasn't going to mess anything up but every time I turned to correct one issue, she seemed to be making another error that would have been avoided if she just checked the group information. Not to mention, when I corrected her and said our groomsmen will be only wearing vest, not jackets, she replied with "why would you choose that?" I feel bad only giving 2 stars because all other employees were excellent but this specific employee ruined the...
