Captain Sam was an amazing Captain and we loved his 30’ Contender and the awesome bean bag seats that made our ride out to the Red Grouper grounds in bumpy waters a very comfortable and relaxing ride. Once on his secret spot we, literally, hauled in one huge red grouper after another and reached our limit within 40 minutes. He the took us closer to shore for King Fish and Spanish Mackeral and got one of those and learned a lot about fishing and tackle for the different types of catch. Capt Sam took me and a few other co workers out on a full day fishing trip and we could not have asked for a better day!!!!!We ran into a bit of a weather delay half way out to our destination, had to change course; completely changed the game plan for the day, it didn't matter. Within minutes Sam had us heading towards plan B. He knew right were to go! We caught tons of big grouper and snapper that day. Everyone went home with plenty of great pictures AND a big bag of fresh grouper, which was cleaned at the docks by Capt. Sam , I think he’s cleaned a fish once or twice before.. made it look too easy... all in all AWESOME DAY! We already booked our trip for next year! THANK YOU SAM...

We did a four hour trip with Captain Sam and first mate, Mikey, and had an amazing time! We probably caught 50 fish of all types and were able to keep 27. Sam knows where the fish are and we just kept pulling them up. Sam and Mikey are really efficient and attentive to the lines and kept all six of our lines in the water non-stop. At the end of the trip, they fileted all the fish, packed them up, and placed them on ice. We were hoping we could feed 12 people a nice fish fry - we probably could've fed twice that.
