At 86+ years old my father was losing weight as his culinary skillset was seriously lacking after mom passed, he was losing too much weight. After researching “prepared” healthy food options we got him set up on the C/E App where he received an emailed weekly menu and could easily order the food & quantity he wanted for the following week. I take him in most every Monday/Tuesday to pick up his prepaid order and have been doing this now for over a year starting at the StP location near Tyrone Mall, now using the Belleair Location for convenience. He is now maintaining a healthy weight, actually putting a few pounds back on! At first after mom’s passing - I was worried he was going to wither away, now am confident he’s at least on a healthy, nutritious diet getting much of his caloric intake from Clean-Eatz with a little grocery store supplementation. The C/E Diet is adding years to his life! He’s healthier, happier and eating so much better. I refer to it as “Gourmét Meals without the Wheels”. The Café is a simple walk up & order counter and they bring the order to your table when ready. Meal plans can be easily ordered on-line or through their APP, a new weekly menu emailed if you’re on the mailing list. Pick-up is a snap. I’ve found the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of the nutrition, taste & texture they offer. After a year in, Pops really likes his Clean-Eatz! We are weekly regular customers and love the “Rewards”...

I went with the "Create Your Own Bowl" option and chose shredded beef, rosemary potatoes, green peppers, asparagus, red onions, sweet chili sauce, with a sprinkle of Honey Chipotle Lime seasoning. Without a doubt, the blend was a success and the sweet chili sauce and seasoning added an extra kick without going overboard. The combination, especially with the beef and those rosemary potatoes, truly hit the mark.

The Bluffs area has been lacking solid, healthy choices that you can grab without a hassle, and Clean Eatz totally fits the bill. The staff was friendly, and the place had a cool modern vibe.
