This small business is awesome! I bought a couple of pairs of fossil earrings while on vacation in Colorado. When I got home I noticed that the tail on one of the earrings was broken off. I DMd the maker asking where I could buy a new pair. They messaged me back asking for my address and which earrings it was and they sent me a whole new pair free of charge!
