If I could give this store less stars, I definitely would. I had the most horrible experience ever for a customer. 1 received a defective phone from day. One was told when I went into the store that it was a warranty issue. Had to get on the phone with T-Mobile for them to physically call the store and tell them to give me a new phone that it was not a warranty issue finally, switching to a new provider when I return the items which was everything that was given to me in a bag, the guy who received the items, handed me a receipt and never said anything about charges that we’re going to Be charged to me for a missing box that I did not receive the gentleman at the store, put the OtterBox and the tampered glass on the phone in the store The gentleman that sold me the phone, put everything in a small pink bag and sent me Home with it I did not remove anything from these bags and kept them because it was a two week trial. Now, when I go to cancel the service, the lady made me aware of the store, put two charges on me for an OtterBox that was returned, and also a tempered glass that was returned on the phone that was When I spoke to the store again, they informed me that I must’ve missed placed it Which I informed him That I never received it in the bag that was given to me The manager stated that he could not do anything for me that I could call corporate If this was missing from the beginning, why would they have not said anything to me when I returned this Because this store is a rip off looking for any way to make extra money on peoples return Corporate will be...

38+ hours on the phone with T-Mobile service and in stores in 2 months and nothing is fixed on our phones or service.
Their employee set the account up wrong from the beginning and it has been a mess since.
They DO NOT right THEIR wrongs!!!
"New" phones out of the box with major defects less than 2 months later!!!
This store lies and scams and the company does NOTHING to resolve.
Supposed to get a call from the District Manager a week ago with NO CALL BACK to resolve.
Many calls and visits back to the store for them to "fix" the situation only hours later to leave with NOTHING changed!!! Some trips back to the store have been at THEIR request, yet hours of wasted time later NOTHING resolved and a MASSIVE BILL we ONLY OWE A SMALL PORTION OF!!!!

Extremely professional. We have been customers with T-Mobile from we were with voice dream. There was some miscommunication between the lady on the phone last night and the payment today other than that service was good. How ever I was trying to talk to the manager mark but he walked out of the store with no explanation. Not good customers service from him and very disrespect. He left Darishia to handle everything.
