Hello all! I have been a Belleville resident for over 10+ years and have enjoyed Blue Skye Cannabis since the grand opening! Overall, I have to say I get in and out quick and majority of the staff is welcoming. Although, their stock is usually very low and you will have trouble finding top shelf items on busy days. I want to give an honorable mention to Ceanta, who is a bud tender and is ALWAYS so amazing with helping me find what I’m looking for, and greeting me with a smile. Now; usually everytime I enter the front door now as of this year (2025), there is a security guard at the front who is a gentleman in a hat with a shorter beard - he does not say a word to greet customers. This already sets the tone when you walk in as a customer, that this dispensary is uninviting. I’ve asked him how he was doing, said hello, and even once kindly requested that he greet the customers (as it’s in his job description to provide a welcoming environment using customer service) and he hasn’t changed a bit. I recommend hiring security officers that have more experience in customer service, because this can easily turn a customer away. Today I had a terrible experience with the budtender specifically. Gracie, gracy is her name. Probably grace. Blonde girl, not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but I asked how she was doing 5 times before she responded to me. Again, customer service is in the job description on indeed. This should be trained into bud tenders ESPECIALLY. I answered a quick phone call hung up, and she told me in a stern tone I was not allowed to be on my phone. Weird, never had anyone else say that to me, been coming here religiously since 2022. I snapped a photo of the receipt containing her budtender ID. I’m very dissatisfied with my experience today. I may not even return, there’s plenty of dispensaries in the area who can provide better customer satisfaction at this point. There’s no reason why a happy customer who was enjoying her day, now has walked out angry and dissatisfied due to rude employees. Blue skye, please focus on training your employees correctly before throwing them...

60% of the time they charge me full price when they have their "daily deals" then when i try to talk to them about it they act like its my fault that they charge me full price. Also first visit you get a free preroll. They charged me. Then when i told them they said they didnt. Then went inside and seen i was in fact correct and gave me a preroll. Not the infused one that they say they give you. It wouldnt be a problem but the fact that its still continuing is. They are friemdly. But they dont pay attention to their own discounts and clearly dont care about their customers. My girlfriend got charged full price also and then the next week they tried to do it again. Luckily ONE staff memeber corrected the woman at the register. They hold their customers accountable foe their own mess ups. They have digital receipts and paper. But still dont reimburse or add points to the account. We will be going with joyology moving forward. This place is an absolute joke. You cant post daily deals and not hold up your end of the deal. Typical dispensary hires cute chicks that know absolutely nothing about the levels or terpenes that try pushing lawn mower clippings as pre rolls. Almost never have good deals and when they do, it's just to get rid of some bad flower they've been sitting on for more than 6 months. I've never once bought flower from this dispo and had a good opinion on it, and l've been 50-100 times because I live right down the road. Eventually I woke up and realized I was sacrificing quality/selection for convenience. Highly suggest going out of your way and stopping at Wayne Releaf in Wayne, or Winewood Organics in Ann Arbor. Please do not smoke their pre-rolls, or at least break one out of the paper and see what you're smoking first. Literally lawn clippings straight out of a Home Depot brown paper bag on someone's curb, put inside of a “Blue Sky” tube but apparently not grown by blue sky. I wouldn’t want to take credit for that...
