A&W — Restaurant in Belleville

As a Paramedic of 30 years, quick and easy food is often a necessity. So when we stopped this evening to grab some, I have never been so disappointed in the staff, food and service!! We were greeted and TOSSED menus in the window then waited 15 minutes before exiting the vehicle to get service at the window when it was noticed we were about 15 ft from the window from across the parking lot. The waitress then didn't give the opportunity to take a COMPLETE order, so we were just given fries INSTEAD of the onion rings we WANTED. We paid with a card and never given the opportunity to tip NOR even knew the charge placed on the Credit Card in which we had to ask another waitress what exactly WAS charged to our card. The waitress asked if we wanted any "sauce" in which was responded to with "yes please, ketchup". When the food was brought out, we had to go back up to the window for the ketchup as the staff was more concerned with laying back in a chair and standing there talking. Upon eating the coney dogs, it was the WORST food I have ever eaten as the buns were hard throughout the bottom, the hot dogs tasted like they sat in water all week, the chili was beyond watered down and bland. So over all, this was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER in which WILL be conveyed to ALL First Responders in the county. Such a waste...

15 minutes to even have someone come to the car. Watched people who arrived at least 10 minutes prior have their order taken first. Multiple cars received their food prior to ours who arrived after and it was an order of a couple kids meals. We could have received food quicker at a fine dining restaurant.

After 30+ minutes wait with 2 kids in the car and multiple customers served that arrived after us, the only option was to ask for our food or a refund. Only semblance of an apology was being told they can't control what comes out when.

Horrible representation of Belleville and not even close to "service". The number of prayers posted to Facebook when you see no value and treat customers as though they have no value is not living up to the purported values being...

I was looking for a quick stop to grab and go some lunch on my break. I found this A&W and was not happy with my decision. I had to order from a server for take away and I tipped. I did a quick check and after I got to the park a few blocks away realised that my footlong coney shrunk down to a regular size. My crunch burger was so greasy and warm at best with the fries lacking in the fresh department. I did enjoy the root beer though. I won't be back to this location. I haven't lost complete faith yet as I will try another location. I just felt that if I tipped you before I even get my food, unlike after at a dine in restaurant, that you would ensure that the order is correct and everything is in there that was requested, i.e. ketchup...
