Talked over me while I was speaking & hung up on me again. Called again, got a male worker. He said the same thing. Told him I have a back injury. I said it wasn't a difficult question & asked why wasn't he answering me. Guess he was too busy too. FINALLY, he said baskets. They were rude & ignored me. Terrible customer service.
