Sakura Teriyaki — Restaurant in Belleville

Parts of the food was cold and rice clumped. Delivery great. Ordered through uber eats, I forgot to put in the notes “need forks, duck sauce and hot sauce” I called this shop within 5 minutes, explained to a girl “need 2 forks and 2 duck sauce and 2 hot sauces”, I explained 3 times in total because she can barely communicate in English. Food came ok… but no forks and no hot sauce. Only duck sauce and soy sauce. How are we supposed to eat food if it’s ordered without...

The food is pretty decent especially at this price. The service... omg the girls who take your orders, the one with the glasses has the worst attitude. I know I'm not the only one who's commented on this one. How are you in food service with that dark cloud over your head? Who hurt you?!?

In today's age where we have a million choices where to spend our money at our finger tips....

I hope management takes notice. Customer service is just as important...

I love the food here. I've been here 3 times and everything I've had has been top notch! I mostly just get a chicken and shrimp teriyaki bento box. It comes with sushi, dumplings, salad, your choice of rice or noodles and the meat of your choice. So much food and it's only about 13 dollars with tax! Everyone is friendly and fast!
