Pizza Village Cafe #2 — Restaurant in Belleville

I'll never order from here again. Try to buy a special combo with a two litter soda and eat inside, they are going to try to snatch away the soda u already ordered and make u buy individual sodas.. The issue is the older lady server yelled across the restaurant " you're going to eat in here? You can't drink that soda then ..our boss doesn't allow it " and came to try to snatch the soda away from my wife and kids, before my wife can tell her " ok we will go then ". We changed our minds last minute because our daughter was really hungry and wanted to eat inside .. we have no problem with the policy but we have a problem with rude customer service, yelling across the restaurant when other people are in there and trying to snatch something away before one can speak... we have always ordered from pizza village, years ordering, after today never again. I have order from newark, linden, and Belleville pizza village. But...

The other night I ordered, Pizza Village Cafe #2, for dinner, and man was it a treat! I had ordered their Fettuccine Alfredo w/ Shrimp & Broccoli. I really was not expecting it to be good, but at least decent. But it really was phenomenal. Everything tasted really fresh and authentic for it to be delivery! The Alfredo sauce had excellent flavor, really no needing to season it up a bit, at all. The noodles were cooked al dente. Excellent ratio of shrimp to broccoli. The amount of broccoli they give you is extremely well balanced with the amount of shrimp you get! The food also arrived in an orderly fashion, and came piping hot! Much praise to them, because not many places can pull off a great Alfredo. It was a bit pricey ~$25, but well worth it. Would love to try their other menu items, and I would highly recommend, Pizza Village Cafe #2, to anyone in the Newark/Belleville area looking for...

1st. Very selective about who they give great customer service to.. 2nd. I called my order in 15mins before arriving- paid for the food just to realize only part of my order was made; waiting an additional 10 mins for the other pie when order was finally complete I had to ask for my food bc they weren't communicating 3rd. He ask me if I paid for the food I stated yes.. I hear him confirm in Spanish to the other did this guy pay for his food before placing it in my hand... I honestly been eating from this spot for years now & this was the 3rd time I haven't been satisfied with the service or food... The staff should take a customer service course; very unpleasant experience I had...
