It had been a little bit since we've been in (life gets in the way sometimes) but as soon as my husband & I walked in the door we were hit with that heavenly Blimpies scent of fresh ingredients that is indicative of Blimpies & Blimpies alone. It just smells like delicious subs. We realized, after speaking to the wonderful owner, that we've been getting the BEST subs in the world at this location for over 40 years! My pick is a "Blimpies Best" (extra oil & vinegar) honestly it was perfect. My husband gets a turkey & provolone which was terrific (he gave me puppy dog eyes & got a huge chunk of mine too) Eateries come & go but the best stay, this is worthy of place in your rotation. This location has young kids working with poor work ethic and no knowledge of how to make a sandwich. Every time there is a limited time only sandwich they fail to deliver it exactly as its shown. I get excuses of not having some of the ingredients. Today I asked for a Sicilian Pinanni but they didn't have pepperoni. I was ok with it but then they give me tomatoes instead of red roasted peppers. When I question the gentleman he says "we always do it with tomatoes". I normally would not take time to do this for anyone as I have a pretty high standard for food and service. I have been her now 5 times and every single time I have been impressed with the freshness of the food and the service. I purposely dined in and every single customer that walks in they are so nice to. I am old school blimpie from back in the day however the quality on certain locations is not there.
