I had ordered a basket from For You Flowers, who outsourced it to this vendor. When my husband brought it home I was extremely disappointed. The basket on the website showed dry salami, bruschetta chips, upscale crackers, higher quality mustard, almond biscottis and some other nicer items. What he brought home was Heinz yellow mustard, Smithfield kielbasa, chessman cookies, Smuckers jelly, nothing that was in the picture or even close to it. I requested a refund or a replacement basket that was comparable to the picture from For You Flowers which they refunded me. If I had seen the basket I received in the picture, I would have never ordered it. I have used your service a few times before, I never expected this. Honestly it looked like they went to Shop Rite and just chose anything.
This vendor then proceed to call me 3 times in the matter of 3 hours during work to get the basket back. I returned the call when I was home from work. The woman was extremely rude and stated they wanted the product back. I told her it was at my home but I was leaving. I provided her with my address and placed it on my porch. They never showed to get the basket. That did not stop them from calling my husband 2 more times after I spoke to the lady.
Additionally, she also argued with me about the contents of the basket. Stating it was exactly what I ordered. I explained the differences between what was on the website and what was included. She was very coarse saying this is what is listed by For You Flowers to place in the basket. I could not believe she was arguing with me. Horrible experience......
   Read moreI used 1800Flowers to send a bouquet for a birthday. I picked a fall theme with a fun vase. It was a mix of amber roses and red Gerber daisies or something similar to that look. My friend received the flowers and sent me a photo. They sent cheap pink carnations and baby's breath in a regular vase. I was so upset because I specifically wanted an autumn pallet and a fun vase for my friend! I reached out to 1800Flowers and they were so kind to fix it and said they will have the flower shop resend.
However, the flower shop requested the pink flowers back when they replaced it with a new bouquet. I found that very tacky. The new bouquet they gave her was in a fall palette so I was a little bit happier but it still didn't have a fun vase like I ordered. It's fine at this point, but the entire experience was very unprofessional and my friend and myself were upset by it.
