Are constantly listed as open when they are not.

First time, I walked in with about an hour left on their listed business hours, but was told they are closed.

Second time, I paid on the website for a mobile order during their listed business hours. Walked over expecting my lunch to be ready while on my limited break time and they are completely closed. How do I get my money back?

Third time I was actually able to place an order and actually get the food I paid for. The fries were not ready although I asked if it came with fries and was told it did. They barely cooked some fries and gave them to me still white.

The chicken panini ended up looking absolutely nothing like the picture on the website, had nothing green in it as it was shown in the picture, and was on a tortilla like a quesadilla, not the bread shown in the picture.

This slice of nostalgia is a MUST visit!! The ambience transports any GenX back to their youth, but even better than the scenery is the quality of the food. This is the place to go and hang out to eat. The service is a little slower than usual, however that's only because everything is made to order and with love. Everything was well worth the wait! I had the chicken and waffles, chicken was crunchy on the outside and still juicy on the inside. My husband had the mango chicken and for someone who is not a fan of salads, he was more than pleased and surprised a salad could taste good. My son had the French toast and cleaned his plate as well. The best part is all the fun your child can have while you wait for your food. No whining children while waiting for the meal in this place. The food is tasty, the base menu is good, the specials constantly rotate so you will have options that do not bore you. Did I mention the food is perfectly cooked, tasty filling and don't break the bank. If that isn't enough, here is my take on the atmosphere. This is a good place to go with company or by yourself. There is always interesting conversation going on, a rotation of things on the screen, friendly staff and patrons to join in on conversation with. With time this place will becoming a staple in town.
