The worst experience with the pharmacy tonight. They denied to give me my medication even that is not the first time I fill my prescription in there and every month I have the same quantity but because they said doctor office order an increase which is not true due to the fact their computer system doesn’t work properly for refills they told me that I was getting an early refill which it wasn’t true because I was over the date I pick my last one and I called and the technician did it by the phone without any issue but now they said it’s an issue and I have to wait until Monday when I don’t have anymore medication. Horrible service I sent my prescription to refill through the app I received a message that it was delayed after 4 days App showed medication was delayed when I called the pharmacy I was told is that the medication was out of stock and they would not know when the next time it would be coming in. In a situation like this the pharmacy should call as a courtesy to advise me so I can take the next steps to find the medication elsewhere. This Walgreens gave me such a sense of peace. I’ve never been here before the pandemic, so I can’t attest to the layout, however I visited this Walgreens today. Their aisles are so spaced out, multiple people can walk down them and maintain 6 feet. It’s very cool and the staff were so professional.
