Champagne at Bellevue — Local services in Bellevue

I’ve lived here since 2016 and only recently moved out. During this time I came to know the management team at Champagne, and they’re nothing short of exemplary. Mike, Vlad and co are very easy to communicate with, very prompt and easy going. They truly care about their tenants and their well being. I’ve been locked out a few times and they would always immediately drive over and let us in. Our move out walk through was also very straightforward and we had no surprise charges there.

The apartments themselves are newly built, very clean and well maintained. Windows are double pane and in great condition. You have washer/dryer included in each unit and there is a larger coin operated one available as well for washing larger items. Over the course of fours years as you might expect we had a few small things break here and there (towel rack, kitchen faucet, etc). Mike and Vlad were always on top of it, and within a timely fashion would always get any and all issue squared away, often going above and beyond.

During the four years they also slowly upgraded/improved living conditions such as better less noisy bathroom fans, more energy efficient heaters, renovated outdoor sitting/relaxation area, repainting the parking lot, etc.

While other apartment complexes charge a premium and offer limited amenities such as a small gym or a pool, Champagne Apartments instead pass on the savings to you with their fantastic leases and IMO you can’t beat their prices for a 2 bed 2 bath apt in Bellevue at such a great location (bus line, grocery store, gas station, convenience stores, restaurants, movie theater, Crunch Gym, climbing gym, etc are all within a 2-3 minute drive or 10 min walk, while a ride to Bellevue DT is...

Hi all, I am former residence of Champagne Apartments and lived there for 3 years very happily.

Property and Location: This are spacious units with excellent maintenance and good appliances. The location is just great! You have QFC, Bartell, crossroads mall, Bus stop on just few minutes’ walk.

The management and their staff on property: are simply GREAT! Professional, prompt in service and follow state laws very dutifully. They will help you to make the rented unit ‘a sweet home’ which everyone wants! But if you neglect your duties as tenant they will let you know that in proper way. I felt it is their responsibility towards other residence, property and state laws. They will never charge you falsely or which is not mentioned in lease and state laws. They will give you proper receipts, necessary notices and information timely which is stated by laws to help Landlord and tenant.

Mike, Nick, Vald(Used to come for repairs…I don’t know how to spell his name) and Robert were just excellent. For any repair or reported issue they responded quickly, with smiling face and friendly manner and as per lease rules and regulations.

Many times my husband and I were so amazed for we observed them always busy and focused on their job on property.

If you understand lease terms and follow tenant’s duties you will be peaceful and happy renting unit here. I would very happily recommend this place. Champagne must be the best value apartments in Bellevue. The combination of price, location, apartment size, and customer service is unbeatable. Mike and his team are true professionals when it comes to management of the property. The grounds are kept clean, and maintenance is completed in a timely fashion without fuss. As an example, our oven went on the fritz and without question we had a new one installed within a few short days.

The apartments themselves are well-updated and functional 2 bed/ 2 bath units with mostly hardwood/LVP flooring. They have all the appliances you need, including washer, dryer, dishwasher, and garbage disposals. The location is great - just minutes to crossroads mall and the Microsoft campus. Extra parking spots and guest spots available.

We've been here for 9 months and it's us to move to a different location. In the course of that time, we haven't had a single negative issue with the apartment, fellow residents, or the management. We can't recommend...
