I have been using Jo Don for many years for trophies for my golf tournament. They have always been so helpful and professional. I just placed another order today for my tournament. I only talk to the staff once a year, but they always remember me, and thank me for my business. I am far from a "big client." My order is very simple, and to many companies, I'm sure I'd be a nuisance. But not Jo Don. They have become a trusted partner for my tournament. The quality and workmanship of is also first-rate. In all of the years of my orders, i have only had one problem. The trophy wording was not correct. When i picked up the order (two days before my event) we saw the error, and the owner insisted that I allow them to re-do the order at no extra cost. I was worried about the turn-around but they insisted and assured me they would get it done. I received a call first thing, the next morning. My corrected order was ready to pick up and it was perfect. Trust Jo Don. They are professionals...

For a month of so, I've gone back and forth with this guy trying to get a quote on my sign. "JR" or whoever has this attitude like he's doing me a favor even looking at my project when companies in this industry come more than a dime a dozen. The receptionist or whoever knows nothing about anything and always tells you she'll "pass it on" when you call. I've contacted them through email AND phone and no reply. Horrible customer service. No website. Just not legitimate and not worth my time/money. People like this are why Bellevue suffers and why people take there business...

I think I got work with the entire team a Jo Don. Everyone was absolutely fantastic to work with. They helped turn my idea into a reality.
