Terrible experience. I purchased a Groupon for this place and was totally excited to go. I got there, sat in the reception area for 15-20 minutes. I was pretty sure I was the only person in the building until one guy came out of one of the rooms, grabbed towels from somewhere, and went back into the room. He was the only person I saw the entire time. My first appointment was booked (and confirmed) with Navdeep. I finally left and re-scheduled for the next day with Paul. Same thing happened. I got there, I wasn't acknowledged by anyone (I don't even know if anyone else was even there!). One guy left a room, grabbed something, and went back to a room again. Very unhappy....

The best massage I have had in years. Larry was thorough in preparation, ensuring that he knew all of my current concerns, asking additional questions, and tailoring his approach to my personal needs. Before the massage even started, my breathing had deepened and I was more in touch with my body than I had been in ages. The massage itself was perfect - the exact mix of relaxing and bodywork I was looking for, with plenty of time to come back to center before the end of the session. I will be back...
