Lake Hills Village — Local services in Bellevue

This one star review is for Diamond Parking who monitors this lot. I’ve visited this complex many times over the years and have never had a problem. Today, I went to the library for 15 minutes and came back to a $66 parking ticket. The reason is “over time”. I called the phone number on the ticket and was told that I was over the two hour limit allowed. I asked for proof, and of course they couldn’t provide it. The agent offered a one time void of the fee out of the kindness of their heart. They are scamming, people especially those that don’t speak English well. I am currently waiting for a callback from the complex management. They absolutely need to fire this parking company for their predatory practices.
