Sunrise offers a complete array of services for elder care and their experienced staff are able to coordinate with outside services to augment the rare services they do not directly provide. The staff at Sunrise are phenomenal. Management has gone above and beyond to help my hesitant mother adapt to an assisted living environment and the daily care staff are friendly, kind and responsive. The facility itself is very comfortable and well maintained, and being located adjacent to Crossroads Park and Crossroads Mall provides a lot of external activities for those inclined.

But while a quality facility in a good community environment is fantastic, it is the staff that makes Sunrise worth considering. From the top management to the nursing staff and personal care staff I have found everyone to be genuinely concerned with the welfare of their residents and responsive to the needs of both resident and their family members. Shelley and Molly were really great at helping our family understand the nuances of the care system and super helpful in guiding us through the processes required to transition my mother to a new lifestyle.

And I can't speak highly enough of their nursing staff who are easy to work with and do a tremendous job of looking after residents' medical needs. Elvie has done yeoman's work coordinating with the skilled nursing facility my mother was in to get her moved to her own apartment.

Considering the dearth of service staff due to the current pandemic it's even more impressive that Sunrise has been able to provide such complete and quality service. All the folks that frequently check in with my mother, respond to her alerts, assure she's not missing meals, assist with bathing and sanitary issues, etc. are always very friendly and patient and I feel comfortable knowing mom is getting the support and attention she needs. These people are the hardest working, boots on the ground crew you could imagine, and it's impressive how well they interact with residents when they surely are under a lot of pressure. I couldn't do it... my hat's off to these front line folks. I REALLY appreciate them.

Bottom line... Sunrise should be on your list of contenders if you're looking for assisted living services. We, and more importantly my mother, are very satisfied and have no regrets having...
