Wow, came in early 530 AM for a coffee and to ease into my day. Well what I got was a techno dance soundtrack that was SUPER LOUD. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot.
There was not an iota of thought for the atmosphere the customer was having to endure.
Requested to lower the volume, but went from a 10 to a 8. I put on Bluetooth headset and still could not drown out the TECHNO DANCE MUSIC AT 530AM in a coffee shop.
Barisstas or DJ, seems like this Coffee shop has some strange atmospheric discrepancies.
Suggestion keep volume at a level where one can ENJOY the 6$ coffee, and can hear their own thoughts.
Techno dance parties can be fun, but this is not why most people go to a coffee shop.
Starbucks is lagging in "awareness to details", this is not the first time, I have experienced "Starbucks Fatigue".
Ordered a coffee on app, went to store, but this store closed 30 minutes early and sent my PAID ORDER to another store, with no ability to resend.
The days of Starbucks as a premium coffee experience have come and gone.

(I believe I had gotten a simple Americano w/some sugar &french vanilla creamer) It was gross looking. My Husband and I both got major stomach aches from only having 2-3 drinks before we opened them to look at Our Coffees. Then We threw them out and honestly have NOT gone back to any Starbucks ever since! I don't want Greasy Coffee, I want good quality, smooth, delicious Coffee, that doesn't look like it was made in a Huge Grease Pan or something. It was super disheartening as We always use to go to Starbucks, until We found out how greasy their coffee was!! Besides the actual Coffee itself being grossly greasy, the Staff were exceptionally Kind, Respectful, and seemed to have some great relationships with their regulars! Read moreI had a 20 drink order, the cashier and most of the staff were friendly. Knowing that I have a larger than normal order I made sure that I tipped well. There was only 1 person that had to wait while I placed my order and the staff was so great at getting the order ready very quickly after the order was placed. However there were a couple of staff members who were very clearly bothered, rolling their eyes at each other, pretending they didn’t hear me. I requested bags to carry all the drinks. Only providing me with 2 bags for 20 drinks. When I asked for more she pretended not to hear me. I only know she heard me because she rolled her eyes. I understand that 20 drinks is a lot. I was patient and friendly and tipped well. I didn’t hold up the line nor interfered with any customer orders. It was clearly something within their capability to do since the drinks were basically out by the time I paid for them. I hope this is just a bad day...
