I feel like my rights have been extremely violated by Archie who I believed had an understanding with me on the basis of logic....to not come to my home again. Men have shown up at my apt (after 8 P.M. on a few occasions) and twice a day in some instances. I contacted the manager Archie to resolve this. I AM NO WHERE ON THIS CONTRACT or even a reference for who made the purchase of washer and dryers. I explained to this manager who seemed to understand at the time that my ex was on this agreement and we are not married and he went to jail (easy to find out I am telling the truth it's a matter of public record) In anycase he came and got his belongings while I was not in the apt as arranged between the two of us via text and he took the washer and dryers. I even offered to help him locate him which is not my job but in trying to be understanding.....I explained to him that this is not MY debt. He said he would make a note of it and I explained I have young children here and will not answer being a woman with small kids. Fast forward a few days later (maybe 4) what do they do? SHOW BACK AT MY HOME AT NIGHT AGAIN. This is crazy to me how these people can get away with this.

I called the manager Archie back and I told him since they will not stop harassing me even though I have no contract or their merchandise that I will agree to pay his debt (we were never even married mind you) in order to stop having strange men show up at my home and knock for sometimes 30 min and stay outside even longer. I am doing this in distress. I told him I will pay it but I need a signed document stating that I am having to pay this debt in order for them to stop showing up at my home. He refused to do so (tried to dodge what I was asking) but said that he will write me a receipt saying I paid it which I will be able to take to court. I said that was fine due to having the understanding that these people simply do not handle things the legal way. I told him intially to find him....report it to his credit.....even go after him for theft of service I didn't care what they did just leave me alone. This feels like a nightmare and I WILL be informing everyone I know to avoid this company completely!!!!

He even had the nerve to ask me if I was going to legally take over the debt and sign an agreement (so rediculous) I informed him I will absolutely NOT be doing that....

This makes me sick. Not only am I now a struggling single parent now trying my absolute best to do everything now on my own......but now I get to worry about men showing at my door unannounced. THIS SEEMS VERY illegal. I am contacting an attorney....for now they will get their 100 bucks out of me but I promise this will not be something they are prepared to legally...

I bought a washer and dryer from them a few yrs ago and I tried right before I paid it off to get them to service it and they made an appt but never showed up. After I made my last payment, I was disregarded all together. I was in a bind about a month ago and needed a refrigerator so I decided to give them a try again. I paid for a month in advance on the refrigerator and for some reason immediately they started taking money out of my check each week so I got that taken care of and was supposed to be paid up until the end of January. Nevertheless I only had the refrigerator for three days before I realized it wasn’t freezing anything so they came and picked it up and brought a smaller very inexpensive refrigerator to hold me over until they got the other one fixed. A month later it still isn’t fixed. I called last week to talk to them about it and they decided to tell me that they were doing me a courtesy by giving me an inexpensive refrigerator in the meantime. they acted like they were doing me a favor when they had already taken more money than they were supposed to. So I went and bought a refrigerator used and called today to ask them to come get the loaner refrigerator and talk to them about a refund and they told me all they could give me back was $35. Which I know is crap so I’m gonna call the corporate office but I will never do business with them again, and I wouldn’t recommend anybody else doing business with them because once they get your money, they do not care about you at...

Nothing I purchased a this store was of good quality. The dryer doesn’t dry and I was told my house was causing the issue even though they never came out to look at it. Any other dryer has worked just fine here. Then I have a bed set that everytime you move the bed to clean breaks. Decided to look and see why and they never put all of the legs in the beds the screws aren’t secured by anything and they don’t even look long enough. I would be a fool to keep these items at these ridiculous prices just to always have...
