This place is magical...or diabolical? All I know is, I went in to buy a $10 item that turned out to not be in stock, and I walked out having purchased $60 of goods I didn't know I needed, and I wasn't mad about it. I heard some pretty good jazz on the speakers, and when I asked about the store cat, they gave me treats to feed it! Multiple employees greeted me and assisted me while I wandered around discovering all the unexpected corners of the store. I really liked the variety and density of everything; it feels more human than warehouse style hardware stores, but not so packed that it feels cluttered.
